A former career nanny with over two decades of hands-on childcare experience, and a proud mom and grandmother.

My journey began long before this agency was born—first as a devoted nanny helping families raise their children, and later as a mother learning firsthand the importance of finding reliable, nurturing care. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: caregiver, mentor, household manager, and now business owner. With a degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University and 20+ years working directly with children and families, I’ve seen the difference that the right caregiver can make in a household.
