Nanny Placement

What We Do?

At InHome Care Solutions, we take the guesswork out of finding a caregiver. Our proven nanny placement process includes:

A full-time nanny placement provides consistent, professional care and support for your family, helping with routines, educational activities, and childcare-related tasks.

They work 30+ hours per week and become a trusted part of your daily life.

    • We begin with an in-depth family intake to understand your values, daily routines, and specific childcare needs.

    • This helps us get to know your parenting style, home rhythm, and what kind of caregiver will truly feel like part of your family.

    • Using your preferences and priorities, we hand-select candidates who align with your personality, parenting philosophy, and scheduling needs.

    • Every match is made with both skill and heart in mind — because the right fit goes beyond a résumé.

    • Each candidate undergoes a comprehensive background check, reference verification, and screening process.

    • We take every measure to ensure safety, reliability, and professionalism — giving you peace of mind from the start.

    • Once your caregiver begins, we support you through a trial period to ensure a smooth transition and mutual fit.

    • Our team remains available for ongoing guidance, communication, and support for a long-term, thriving placement.

Who It’s For?

We don’t overwhelm you with a stack of resumes. Instead, we handpick 2–3 fully vetted candidates—nannies, newborn care specialists, or family assistants—that we would trust in our own homes. Each match is thoughtful, personalized, and designed for long-term success, giving families peace of mind and reliable support.

Full Time Nanny
Part Time Nanny

A part-time nanny placement offers flexible, high-quality care for families who don’t need full-time support. Ideal for help on select days or hours.
