Frequently Asked Questions

Our nanny placement service pairs families with experienced, vetted nannies, newborn care specialists, or family assistants. After a detailed family intake, we provide a shortlist of 2–3 fully screened candidates, facilitate interviews, and offer a trial period plus ongoing support to ensure a long-term fit.

We use a rigorous 12-step vetting process including application review, multi-stage interviews, reference and employment checks, identity and background screening, driving record review, social media evaluation, CPR/first-aid certification confirmation, and continuous post-placement evaluation.

We offer both full-time (30+ hours/week) and part-time (15–29 hours/week) nanny placement. Full-time placements provide consistent daily support, while part-time options suit families needing flexible, occasional assistance.

Our service includes a customized intake session, targeted marketing and recruitment, professional candidate interviews, contract negotiation (hourly rate, duties, benefits), a two-day working trial, and a 120 day replacement guarantee for full-time and part time placements.

Families receive a two-day working trial to assess the nanny’s compatibility and fit before finalizing the placement.

Full-time and part-time placements include a 120 day replacement period.
