Requirements & Screening

Our InHome Care Nannies

  • 18 years of age or older

  • 1 year of childcare experience for babysitting and part-time positions.

  • 2 years of childcare experience for full-time positions.

  • Must have at least a high school diploma or G.E.D.

  • Safe and dependable driver with a reliable vehicle and insurance.

  • Infant/Child CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to take the course before placement)

  • Pass the Screening Process.
