Placement Packages

Package A – Traditional Full Search

  • This is our most comprehensive option — perfect for families who want us to handle the entire process from start to finish. After your initial video chat, when you’re ready for us to begin the search, you’ll pay a search deposit of $399.00. Once that’s received, we’ll schedule your Family Assessment to learn more about your household, parenting style, and what your ideal nanny looks like. This conversation helps us write a custom job description that truly reflects your family.

    From there, we take care of everything:

    • Posting the job

    • Reaching out to our trusted network

    • Screening applications

    • Interviewing the top candidates

    • Calling references

    • Presenting you with only the best matches to interview

    Once you’ve chosen your preferred candidate, we’ll schedule a two‑day paid working trial. If it’s a great fit, we’ll guide you toward a fair offer and create a personalized work agreement. Once the paperwork is signed, your nanny becomes your private employee and you’ll pay them directly from that point forward. We’ll also connect you with trusted payroll resources to help you stay compliant.

  • Cost: $2,750.00

    Your $399.00 search deposit is applied toward this total. Includes a 12‑month replacement guarantee — if things don’t work out within the first year, we’ll restart the search at no additional charge.

Package B – Advertise & Screen Only

  • If you want to retain more control and just need help finding great candidates, this is the package for you.

    After your Family Assessment, we will:

    • Write and post your job advertisement

    • Review applications

    • Pass along only the strongest candidates for you to interview

    We do not interview candidates with this package — you handle that portion.

  • Cost: $600.00 (non‑refundable, due before we begin advertising)

    Does not include interview support or a replacement guarantee.

Package C- Work Agreement Only

  • You’ve secured a nanny, and now you just need help with formalizing the offer and agreement. This one’s for you.

    We’ll guide you through:

    • What constitutes a fair, competitive offer

    • Drafting a clear, legally sound work agreement

    • Facilitating digital signatures for both you and the nanny

  • Cost: $400.00 per work agreement (non‑refundable, due before we begin drafting).

Package D- Vetting Only

  • You’ve found a promising candidate and now want to make sure they’re thoroughly vetted. This package supports you.

    We will:

    • Call 2–3 professional references

    • Conduct a full social media and internet presence review

    • Run a criminal background check

    • Pull an Ohio driving record

  • Cost: $400.00 per candidate (non‑refundable, due before we begin vetting)

    You provide the candidate — we handle the due diligence.

Package E – Temporary Placement (4 Months or Less)

  • Need short‑term support? Whether you’re in between long‑term nannies, covering maternity leave, or just want help for a specific season, this package covers placements up to four months.

    Once you’re ready to begin, you’ll pay a search deposit of $399.00, which unlocks the same full‑service support as our Traditional Full Search package:

    • Reference checks

    • Two‑day paid working trial

    • Offer support & custom work agreement

  • Cost: $1,200 flat placement fee

    Your $399.00 deposit is applied toward the final fee. Note: This package does not include a replacement guarantee, due to the short‑term nature of the role.
