Package A – Traditional Full Search-Full Time/Part Time

  • This is our most comprehensive option — perfect for families who want us to handle the entire process from start to finish. After your initial video chat, when you’re ready for us to begin the search, you’ll pay a search deposit of $399.00. Once that’s received, we’ll schedule your Family Assessment to learn more about your household, parenting style, and what your ideal nanny looks like. This conversation helps us write a custom job description that truly reflects your family.

    From there, we take care of everything:

    • Screening Applications

    • Comprehensive Interviews

    • Presenting you with only the best matches to interview

    • References

    • Background Checks

    Once you’ve chosen your preferred candidate, we’ll schedule a two‑day paid working trial. If it’s a great fit, we’ll guide you toward a fair offer and create a personalized work agreement. Once the paperwork is signed, your nanny becomes your private employee and you’ll pay them directly from that point forward. We’ll also connect you with trusted payroll resources to help you stay compliant. This package includes a 90 day replacement period. It includes a new search that will be done in 60 day or less period

    Your $399.00 non-refundable search deposit. Include 90 day replacement guarantee for full time, 45 day replacement for part time (29 or less hrs) — if things don’t work out within the first year, we’ll restart the search at no additional charge. Replacement search must be conducted in a 45 day period.

    You will have full unlimited access to on call occasional sitter services for one year.


  • You’ve found a promising candidate and now want to make sure they’re thoroughly vetted. This package supports you.

    We will:

    • Call 2–3 professional references

    • Conduct a full social media and internet presence review

    • Run a criminal background check

    • Pull an Ohio driving record

  • Cost: $350.00 per candidate (non‑refundable, due before we begin vetting)

    You provide the candidate — we handle the due diligence.

Package B- Vetting Only

Package C – Temporary Placement (3 Months or Less)

  • Need short‑term support? Whether you’re in between long‑term nannies, covering maternity leave, or just want help for a specific season, this package covers placements up to four months.

    Once you’re ready to begin, you’ll pay a search deposit of $399.00, which unlocks the same full‑service support as our Traditional Full Search package:
